  • We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for our database of 1,800+ customers if these terms are violated.

     

2. Product Information and Pricing

  • Visaka specializes in in-house, locally grown products with Tamil Nadu roots.

     

  • We strive for accuracy in our product descriptions (e.g., 500gm vs 1kg weights), but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

     

  • Prices for our groceries are subject to change without notice based on market availability.

     

3. Ordering and Weights

  • Customers can select specific weights (e.g., 500gm, 1kg) using our online variation system.

     

  • While we aim for exact measurements, fresh produce weights may vary slightly. We will always attempt to provide the value closest to your selection.

     

4. Delivery and Acceptance

  • Deliveries are fulfilled from our base at New No 68, New Chetty Street, Manachanallur, Trichy.

     

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

  • Risk of loss and title for groceries pass to you upon delivery to your specified address.

     

5. Prohibited Use

  • You may not use our website for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

     

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or resell any portion of our “in-house” product line or service without express written permission.
